Celebration Day

On Tuesday 30th March 1999 the Eco-Schools Committee presented the results of our Planning and Exhibition Day to the school during a special assembly.

Through a series of sketches, posters, graphs and diagrams the committee showed everyone the most popular ideas for improving our school grounds.
 
All of these ideas have been passed on to the landscape architect for incorporation into the school’s Masterplan for the future.

Finally, Helen Barlow - Project Development Officer - Environment & Heritage, presented the school and members of the Eco-Schools Committee with Certificates of Achievement on behalf of Groundwork Black Country.

Ceremonial Tree Planting Ceremony
On Tuesday afternoon, led by Rob Bounds and a team from Groundwork, members of the committee planted the first three trees in our new garden.
